When booking three rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. These will be outlined to you upon booking.
Cancellation Policies
Non-Refundable Room Rate Plans: Full payment is taken at the time of booking. This rate is strictly non-refundable and non-amendable, under any circumstances.Flexible Deal - Direct Bookings with flexible rate plans: Free cancellation is available up to 5 days prior to 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will incur the full charge of the stay. The property reserves the right to charge the full amount of the stay prior to check-in, using the physical card provided or another secure payment method approved by management.
Third Party bookings with flexible rate plans: Free cancellation is available up to 5 days prior to 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. If the booking is cancelled within 5 days of arrival or in the case of a no-show, the full cost of the stay will be charged to the guest.
